Terms of use.

The short version: be 21+, use Cannabrands for what it’s for, and remember the actual purchase happens at the dispensary.

21+ only

Cannabrands is for adults of legal cannabis age in their jurisdiction. By using it you confirm you’re 21 or older (or the legal age where you are).

What Cannabrands is

Cannabrands is an information and discovery service. We surface prices, stock and product data from dispensary shelves and route you to the store. We are not the seller — every purchase, payment and pickup happens with the licensed dispensary under their terms.

Accuracy

We re-read shelves hourly and work hard to keep data correct, but prices and stock change constantly. Listings are a strong signal, not a guarantee. Always confirm at the store.

Consent to use your data

By using Cannabrands — including, but not limited to, providing us your personal data (such as your name, mobile number, email, saved location, or the products you search and track) — you consent to our collecting and using that data as described in our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or provide your information.

Text-message (SMS) alerts

If you give us your mobile number and turn on alerts, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages from Cannabrands at that number (for example, price-drop, restock and new-drop alerts).

Consent to texts is not a condition of using the site or of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Carrier terms apply, and message delivery is not guaranteed.

Email alerts

If you give us your email address, you agree to receive the alerts and account messages you sign up for. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message or from your account settings.

Acceptable use

Use Cannabrands for your own personal, lawful shopping. Don’t scrape, resell, or misuse the data, and don’t try to game rankings or alerts.

Accounts

Keep your login and number secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account. You can close it any time.

Liability

Cannabrands is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for decisions made from listing data, or for anything that happens in a transaction with a dispensary.

Changes

We’ll update these terms as the product grows and post the current version here. Continued use means you accept the latest version.
